On Saturday 9th December the Clitheroe Royal Grammar School Choir performed as part of Clitheroe’s Christmas Market, singing a range of traditional Christmas carols. We were really pleased to be able to support our local Christmas market in this way and to bring some festive cheer to the people of Clitheroe. A sizeable audience assembled to watch our performance and as we finished it began to snow! Thanks to all of the students who took part and to their parents for braving wintery driving conditions to support us.
Performing at the Clitheroe Christmas Market was also good preparation for our next event – our Carol Service – which is being held on Monday 18th December at the Parish Church of St Mary Magdelene.
