Following the hugely successful Cultures Day at Main School on Monday 13th March, we can confirm that we raised a staggering £2,537.68 which will be donated to the British Red Cross Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal. A big thank you goes to the diversity forum for organising the day!
We would also like to thank all the students and parents who supported this event. There was food available to purchase, mehndi stalls and games to play. Students and staff celebrated the rich diversity of our school community and it was fabulous to see students wearing clothes that they associated with their culture and/or heritage. We were overwhelmed with the positivity and maturity of students who were involved in running stalls.
