On Tuesday 5th December, the CRGS Engineering Club organised a visit to Johnson Matthey, a chemical engineering plant that specialises in developing and creating catalysts. Firstly, we were given a talk on the functions of the plant and we then had a guided tour of all the key departments in the factory. It provided us with a clear insight into the possible careers offered at the plant and in chemical engineering.
