We were delighted to hear from the Ogden Trust in Cambridge that two students from our Year 13 Class of 2016 have been awarded Undergraduate Science Scholarships.
The successful students and the courses they are studying are:
- Matthew Walsh – University of Oxford – Physics
- Mitchell Whittam – University of Lancaster – Theoretical Physics with Maths
The Ogden Trust has awarded them both £1,500 per year to support their university course.
The scholarships will no doubt prove very helpful in supporting Matthew and Mitchell in their undergraduate studies and we congratulate them both and wish them every success.
