Chinese New Year 09On Monday 26th January 2009, we celebrated Chinese New Year. Our photographs show pupils at our Chatburn Road site enjoying a Chinese meal including fortune cookies. The pupils also took part in a Chinese Culture Quiz. A number of our pupils and students are currently learning Chinese, and we have forthcoming visits to Beijing and Shanghai. These photos show our pupils enjoying their Chinese meals and some of the Chinese New Year cards which they made to help celebrate the occasion on Monday 26th January 2009.
