Thomas Drinkhall, Proprietor and Head Chef at Tom’s Table in Clitheroe, visited our school on 31st January 2022 to discuss careers in Food with Year 9 students.
Tom fascinated the group with tales of his appearance on Masterchef: The Professionals and the time he spent serving celebrities in Monaco. The students also heard how he built his business up during the pandemic to the extent that his bistro is now fully booked in advance.
