With GCSE examinations soon to begin, Year 11 students will shortly stand down from their various leadership posts. As a result, Year 10 students have recently applied for these forthcoming Student Leadership opportunities. Following the interview process the first round of training took place at Clitheroe cricket club last week. 70 students undertook a morning of training to help them prepare for their roles as prefects. The students were exceptional and will be a vital part in the successful running of our school. Peer mentor and teaching ambassador training will take place in the coming weeks. Peer mentors have already helped run the Year 8 well-being day. We are very proud of all our motivated students.
