Well done to all of the students from Years 12 and 13 who took part in the UKMT Senior Maths Challenge. There were 58 of you in total! A special mention goes to the 7 students who achieved Gold Certificates, 15 students who achieved Silver Certificates and 20 students who achieved Bronze Certificates.
Seven students qualified for the next stage, the UKMT Senior Kangaroo, which took place on Friday 29th November. We look forward to hearing their results. The students are Ben Redfearn, Ben Walmsley, Emma Tabernacle, Tommy Faller, Raees Patel, Jacob Wilson and Joshua Loan-Clarke.
In addition, congratulations go to the 4 students who were part of the UKMT Senior Maths Team Competition: Joshua Loan-Clarke, Beks Burke, Isabelle Crossley and Thomas Johnston. They competed in the regional final in Manchester last week and came 9th out of 26 schools and colleges taking part.
