Our year 7 Ceramics Club students have made some wonderful clay poppies that will be part of a community poppy cascade. They will be on display in Accrington Town Centre and will form part of the Remembrance Day activities on the weekend of 10th and 11th November.
The poppies will be displayed in the indoor market hall in Accrington and will be available to view at any point when the market hall is open until January 2019.
We are very proud of our students and the effort they have put into these pieces of sculpture. Please visit if you get the chance. Our poppies have the CRGS logo printed on the green leaves so that you will be able to identify them.
